Aptly described as Dork Alternative by various witnesses, Electric Princess showcases melodies blended with loud guitars, sloppy vocals, and sloppier guitar solos that wishes to capture that Hendrix meets Nirvana meets the Beatles sound. The group wants nothing more than to emulate the 90s grunge rush with a little blues and pop sensibility.
Originally formed by Jeibi and Mark as The Gustavo Project on 2008. The band went on hiatus and resurfaced as Electric Princess, spunkier and dorkier. Through various lineup changes, the band's sound evolved (devolved if there was such a word) into the swirl of melodic chaos that they play today. Catch them at bars around the metro.
