2007-THE BEGINNING
KATOTO is a band formed on February 24, 2007. The main member of the
band are Jerome, Van, Joey, Joel and Ron. But the band didnt continue
playing own music. So the band disbanded because of some personal
issues.In July Ron contact JC and Ewhz to join the band which is member
of 1st band of Ron "4th Degree" ..
In August 2007 JC left the band for personal reason, then Jeth of Lilac Rose took JC place...
2008-THE SLEEP
June 2008, The band decided to change their name to "kAtOtO" to change
the perspective about the band because we all know there is a classic
band name "TOTO".
In July 2008, Jerome need to focus on his upcoming board exam. So Che
Anne take jerome's place. Adjustment done but toto the guardian still
play their music. Katoto is NOT yet disband, is just change its
feminine name as "CYBELL".
In August, Katoto still a sleeping band and time will come they will rock the south....... UNSTOPPABLE.
2009-AWAKENING
Now, Katoto woke up from sleeping and ready to spread their MUSIC.
In March 2009,Currently recording updated demos for our song UNSTOPPABLE EMOTION, VANISHING,2 THREE MONTHS and END OF MAY.
In April, Katoto join the Alabang Town Jamming,Which is unhappily didn't win. However, new camaraderie form with other bands like MIDSUMMER (Champion), LOST HOURS and LILAC ROSE.
In June 2009, We will start recording for our EP titled: "Projekt Biktorya", We will include (4) songs of ours which will selected from

1. Unstoppable Emotion
2. Vanishing
3. 2 Three Months
4. End of May
5. Napapraning
6. Separation
7. Sasabihin ko ba
Hope you will help us to decide which songs will be included on our EP that will be release late October 2009 or early 2010.
In July 2009, Jerome Bote (Vox) has been temporarily out of the band to take his Engineering Board Exam. Luckily we have other vocalist (Jobert Viduya)AKA. "JOBAWOCKEEZ". He sings for the band for almost 2 months as a back up vocalist and now he will sing alone with the band. Even the 5/6 piece, We still continue our music.
In November 2009, Katoto enter Sound Creation Studio for recording "NAPAPRANING".
