Farrington Heights is an indie rock band from Manila.

"I've been writing songs for years but I never bothered to really put it out there. I just wrote them for myself," explained the band's rhythm guitarist and principal songwriter, Atari,"So one day I decided to show my brother this song I've written and he liked it, doodled on his guitar for a bit, and that was it. We decided to pursue this thing, take it to the next level, and that's how Farrington Heights came to be."

"I never really bothered to listen to any of my brother's songs prior to that day," Reese, Farrington Heights' lead guitarist commented, "I was so into metal at that time it was like I had blinders on. But when I heard him play me what would eventually be our first single 'Our Yesterdays', I was so inspired. The song pretty much wrote itself. It was so surreal."

Farrington Heights soon recruited vocalist Matt who recently came back to Manila after years of gigging overseas. 

"He was a college buddy of mine and an amazing singer. We used to have a garage pop band together back in the days and we almost got signed by a major record label. We believe now's the perfect time for us to finally get into fruition what almost happened years ago," said Reese about Matt.

Friends from other bands were recruited to play bass and drums, though they were soon summarily dismissed from the band due to scheduling conflicts.

Matt recalls, "It was the hardest thing for us to do, replacing our rhythm section. It took us weeks to decide that we have to find new members. I mean, we were losing gigs left and right because we couldn't sync our schedules together. It was nothing personal. They were like brothers to us but we had to let them go."

After placing an ad in a music forum site, the group found current bass player, RJ, and current drummer Dennis.
